Full Journal pdf2015-04-19 House Journal Page 1085 HB 15 Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 1067) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 15(FIN) "An Act relating to credits toward a sentence of imprisonment for certain persons under electronic monitoring." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 15(JUD) "An Act relating to credits toward a sentence of imprisonment for certain persons under electronic monitoring; and relating to mitigating factors at sentencing." (SCR 17 - title change resolution) There being no objection, it was so ordered. 2015-04-19 House Journal Page 1086 Representative Millett moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 15(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 15(JUD), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 15(FIN)?" The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS CSHB 15(JUD) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
